VENTILATION EQUIPEMENT
1 SUCTION BLOC at ground level, suction on one bay at the same time
Option: Suction block arranged in an overhead position on a mechanically welded structure + a connecting duct between the extraction box and the civil engineering grating)
2 MOTORIZED VOLETS : for selecting the ventilated zone
MACHINERY POSITIONING: on the right, or on the left, or at the back of the preparation bay.
1 CENTRIFUGAL VENTILATOR : in a box with a connecting tremie with pipe section 700 x 700 mm, flow rate 14 000 m³/h, Motor capacity 4kW.
Option: Extracted air compensation grids for 14 000 m³/h (installation on de wall of de building at customer’s cost).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This type of equipment in its basic version takes the ventilation air in the workshop and releases it outside. We draw your attention to the fact that you must provide an air compensation by installing air intake grids in the building or, better , by installing a make-up air unit with heating. Our technical service are at your disposal for any further information or equipment proposal. |
GRATINGS EXTRACTION
2 GRATINGS composed of :
Tow sets of annular grating (surface 10 m²) with a central masonry slab allowing to recieve an embedded or not embedded Scissor lifts. Available as an option and dry filtres arranged in wire baskets – Max. Load 500 kg on 200 x 200 mm surface.
Options:
- Tow sets grating total cover pit (surface 12.5m²) with dry filters arranged in wire baskets - Load capacity max. 500 kg on a surface area of 200 x 200 mm.
- A reinforced grating with a max. load of 800 kg on a surface of 200 x 200 mm.
1 COMPLETE EXTRACTION DUCT of section of 700 x 700 mm for roof exit with vertical discharge..
